Garden Design

Our designs have a solid underpinning in horticultural knowledge and incorporate the wider landscape encouraging wildlife to the garden. We use the latest CAD technology to produce professional technical drawings and 3D video and imagery. This helps you to fully appreciate the potential of your design proposal. Revisions are included in the design package to ensure the finished proposal is exactly the garden you hoped for.

Project Management

At the point where all the design specification is in place we can meet with recommended landscape companies to gain quotation. Once the preferred landscaper is agreed we will oversee on your behalf to ensure the garden is built as per the design. Including any electrical work for water features and lighting.

Planting Plans

Whether you intend to plant the garden yourself or seek the help of Milburn Garden Design, a detailed planting plan will be essential. A planting plan is a working drawing which is taken on site to ensure each plant is set out and planted in the correct position.

Having a detailed planting plan ensures that your borders look great all year round, with the correct planting, style, colour, form and shape selected for each border.

Plants help to soften hard landscaping, they provide great screening for privacy and encourage a huge array of wildlife to the garden. A vital part of any successful garden design.
